CuriioSkill subscriptions are processed through Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record on every transaction. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with CuriioSkill Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase of a monthly or yearly subscription. After 14 days, payments for the current billing period are non-refundable.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel your subscription before the renewal date from your account settings. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@curiioskill.xyz from the email address associated with your account and include your order ID (from your Paddle receipt). We respond within 3 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
